Special order items are not returnable. Special order items include: sweatbands, binding, visor boards, leather straps, sizing strips, all fabric back straps, die cuts, and special color dye lots.
Stocked fabric is returnable and is subject to a 20% restocking charge and all transportation charges. No returns after 30 days from the date of the invoice. All returned merchandise must have an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number from Carr Textile.
Once an order has been placed we cannot make any guarantees that changes can be made such as adding/deleting items or combining additional items to the order.
When merchandise leaves our plant it is in perfect condition. If the goods are torn, dirty, or wet upon receipt then you must take this claim up with the carrier and sign for the goods as damaged.
Shortages must be reported within 10 days of invoice date.
Note: Bright and deep colors are subject to crocking and bleeding and should not be mixed with white or light colors in the same garment. No guarantees can be made regarding lightfastness or color transference during washing or cleaning. Fabric/Product should be tested prior to cutting/usage as no claims are allowed on processed goods. Any liability is limited to the cost of these goods only.
