Sweatband Sweatband is sewn in standard widths of 1 1/4" & 1 3/8" in 2 row or 4 row. Face Fabrics include Twill, Cotton, Printcloth, Terrycloth, and Diamond Knit Moisture Wicking. Other components include Foam, Felt, Nonwoven, buckram, and Vinyl. Other sizes, fabrics and printing available.

2 Piece Fabric Backstrap - Each end is sewn into the cap. 1/2" slide buckle is used on one end for size adjustment. The loose end of the strap is folded, bartacked and inserted into a sewn oval eyelet or metal oval eyelet. Strap sewn with 2-row lockstitch. Sold by the yard on spool.


1 Piece Fabric Backstrap - Strap has finished end and is adjusted with a metal buckle or 3 Piece Slide Buckle (Not Shown). Strap sewn with 2-row lockstitch. Sold by the piece.

Hook & Loop Backstrap - 2 individual lockstitch straps with finished ends. Hook and Loop sewn onto the strap for secure closure. 11/16" Width and 4 to 4 1/2" length.

Use our popular 1 piece fabric strap with matching strapping to attach slide buckle for finished look.

Caution: These straps are very complex in their folding and certain fabrics naturally sew better than other fabrics. Thicker fabrics are bulky and have more variance in sewing margins. Customer is responsible to check that a selected closure works with a selected fabric. Yields on the fabrics are not guaranteed - only a guideline.
