Carr Textile offers many different services other than a great line of in-stock fabric programs.
In addition to our stock programs, we can do special dye lots to meet your specifications for color, hand, or finish. Our finish capabilities include: sanding, brushing, napping, sanforizing, DWR (durable water repellent), CRF (crease resistant finish), soil out, calendaring, washing, tumbling, silicone, etc. Our dyeing capabilities include Range Dyeing for large dye lots with fiber reactive, vat, napthol, sulfer, and disperse dye stuffs; Jig dying for small dye lots of 100% cottons with direct stuffs; Beam Dying for small lots on poly/cotton blends; Jet Dyeing for 100% polyester and wool blend products. Roll Down Fabric from a Stock Program: Samples and less than full roll yardage may be purchased with a roll down fee.
Customer Fabric can be rolled down into smaller rolls. (Fabric must be at least 50 yards or a higher roll down fee will apply per roll.)
Straight Slitting, Bias and Slitting, Bias Only-No Slitting, Birch Fabric Prior to Bias and/or Slitting (Prior Inspection and elimination of mills seams with small bias like seam.)
10 yards is the minimum needed to run the bias machine. 72" is the maximum width to go on bias machine or slitting machine. All slitting and biasing charges are calculated by multiplying the actual straight yards sent in. Minimum Charges apply to each color and slit size specified.
