Carr Textile will accept Make & Hold orders from Customers that are current on their account.
A written Make and Hold Purchase Order or order verification is required. The goods will then be processed and held in stock at the plant for shipment. Partial shipments can be made against the make and hold orders. Releases need to be made prior to 11:00 am (Central Time) in order to ship the same day. Make and Hold orders cannot be cancelled and are subject to our normal return policy. Once the Make & Hold Purchase Order has shipped, a new Make and Hold order will need to be placed in order to put goods back into stock. When your product is available for shipment, it will be held in our inventory for 90 days. After 90 days the goods will be invoiced and put into Bill and Hold. Carr Textile assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to customer goods in Bill and Hold.
Please contact your insurance company to make sure that you are properly insured. In the event that the Make and Hold Order is causing a stock out, the customer with the Make and Hold order will be given first option to take goods immediately or to wait until new stock arrives.
Bill and Hold goods will have a storage fee of $2 per month per roll/carton after 180 days from the invoice date. Pricing is applicable based on the date of the shipment/billing.
